What is Clubarant and how does it work?

Clubarant is an all-in-one hospitality platform for restaurants, bars, lounges, and hotels. Guests scan a QR code to view your live menu and place orders from their phones — while you manage menus, POS, inventory, staff, and payments from one dashboard.

Who can use Clubarant — restaurants, bars, lounges, clubs, or hotels?

Clubarant is built for the full hospitality industry: restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, cafes, event centers, and hotels or lodges. Hotel and lodge operators can also manage room bookings and check-ins through the platform.

Do guests need to download an app to use the e-menu?

No. Guests simply scan a QR code with their phone and instantly access your digital menu in the browser — no app download required.

Can customers place dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders from their devices?

Yes, on the Premium plan. Customers can order for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery. All orders flow into one dashboard with real-time updates and optional web push alerts for your staff.

How does Clubarant help businesses update menus and prices in real time?

From your dashboard you can add or remove items, change prices, hide sold-out dishes, and update photos instantly — guests always see the current menu without reprinting anything.

What is Inventory 2.0 and how does recipe-based stock tracking work?

Inventory 2.0 lets you manage stock across multiple stores, link menu items to ingredient recipes, and automatically deduct stock when orders are confirmed. You receive low-stock and expiry alerts so you never sell what you cannot fulfill.

Does Clubarant include a built-in POS for cash and card payments?

Yes. Clubarant has a native in-venue POS — not a third-party integration. Staff can record cash and card sales, print receipts, and continue taking orders offline when internet connectivity is unreliable.

Can businesses display ads or promotions within the e-menu?

Yes, on the Premium plan. Run visual promos, happy-hour banners, and seasonal offers directly on your customer-facing menu to drive impulse orders and higher spend.

Does Clubarant support hotel and room booking?

Yes. Hotels, lodges, and resorts can list room types, accept online bookings via Paystack or pay-at-venue, manage check-in and check-out, and share room QR codes — all alongside your food and drinks menu.

How does the merchant wallet and online payments work?

When customers pay online through your menu or room booking page, funds are collected via Paystack and credited to your Clubarant merchant wallet. You can track balances and request withdrawals to your bank account from the Finance section.

Can I manage staff roles and cashier permissions?

Yes. On Basic and Premium plans you can create staff and cashier accounts with granular permissions — controlling access to POS, orders, inventory, analytics, ads, rooms, and more. Staff Ring lets you broadcast messages to your team.

Is there a free trial before I subscribe?

Yes. New businesses can start on the free Starter plan (up to 10 menu items and QR code). Premium plan subscribers also get a 1-week free trial to explore ordering, POS, inventory, and ads before committing.

Can I use my own domain for my digital menu?

Yes, on paid plans. Connect a custom domain (e.g. menu.yourbrand.com) from your organization settings so guests see your brand, not a generic link.

What is the difference between the Basic and Premium plans?

Basic (₦6,900/mo) covers digital menu management — up to 50 items, QR codes, branding, basic analytics, and staff permissions. Premium (₦10,800/mo) adds online ordering, built-in POS with offline mode, recipe-based inventory, in-menu ads, merchant wallet, room booking, margin analytics, and unlimited menu items.
